At Centre Poop Scoop LLC, we’re committed to keeping your yard clean and your dogs happy. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve outlined our service policies below. Please take a moment to review them before booking with us!
1. Service Overview
Our team provides professional dog waste cleanup for residential and commercial properties. We’ll visit your yard on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time) to remove dog waste and leave your outdoor space fresh and tidy.
2. Scheduling & Availability
- Services are scheduled based on your preference and our team’s availability.
- We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weather permitting.
- To book, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated if slots are open, but they’re not guaranteed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know by phone, text, or email at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Rates depend on yard size, frequency of service, and number of pets. The 1/8-acre sized yard is the basis for all prices. There will be an extra fee for larger properties. We’ll provide a clear quote upfront—no surprises!
- One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30 days late, Centre Poop Scoop LLC will turn your account over to collections.
- For subscription packages, Centre Poop Scoop LLC pre bills on a monthly basis. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the schedule.
- We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
- Late payment fee $10.00 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.
- Missed payments may pause service until the balance is settled.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure pets are secured indoors or in a separate area during our visit for safety and efficiency.
- Provide clear access to the cleanup area (e.g., unlocked gates, no obstacles). You are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard. If we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup. In the event the above prevents us from serving a property and the homeowner requests a return, a $5.00 driving fee will be applied to the customer’s account.
- The client is aware that it can be quite challenging to locate dog excrement in yards covered in leaves, debris, ice, or tall grass. We might miss some dog poop if your grass is tall when we arrive, hidden in debris, covered in snow, or frozen in ice. If yard upkeep is finished, we will return on our next planned visit and pick up anything that was overlooked.
- Let us know about any special instructions—like hidden waste zones or areas to avoid—before we arrive.
5. Our Commitment
- We’ll scoop thoroughly, bag the waste, and place it in your on-site waste bin or equivalent.
- Our crew arrives equipped with gloves, tools, and everything needed to complete the service. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized between each job to avoid contamination.
- If something’s not right after our visit, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right at no extra charge.
- If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
6. Weather & Delays
- Light rain or snow won’t stop us, but severe weather (think thunderstorms or blizzards) might delay service. We’ll reschedule ASAP if that happens.
- We are a monthly subscription service, therefore, we do not offer refunds for missed appointments due to weather. All accumulated poop will still need to be scooped during the following appointment. We will try to accommodate service before the following week, however, cannot guarantee it as it will depend on availability.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- One-time services are non-refundable once completed.
- For recurring plans, you can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice—no hard feelings! Refunds for unused prepaid services will be prorated. Unpaid balances are due within 5 days.
- If we can’t meet your expectations due to our error, we’ll refund or credit you accordingly.
- Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
8. Liability
- We’re not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsecured pets, hazardous yard conditions, or failure to disclose key details (e.g., broken fences).
- Our team works carefully, but we’re not liable for minor wear to grass or plants during normal service.
9. Respecting Your Privacy
- We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
- Photos of your yard (before/after) may be taken for quality control but won’t be shared publicly without your consent.
